At Mediterranean Basil Salt, we take privacy very seriously and know that security is very important to our customers. We never pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and we never store or save un-encrypted data. Your email address will only be used for correspondence with you from Mediterranean Basil Salt and will not be provided to, or shared with any other service or business. Mediterranean Basil Salt does not save credit card information. and will not be provided to, or shared with any other service or business. Mediterranean Basil Salt shopping cart is secured by GoDaddy SSL to protect our customers information when they make payments through our online store.

Mediterranean Basil Salt use of personal information that you may submit to Mediterranean Basil Salt through this Web site is governed by the Mediterranean Basil Salt Privacy Policy.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We, Mediterranean Basil Salt, are NOT responsible for shipping delays out of our control. Although we ship expeditiously after an order is placed, sometime the shipping carrier may delay the package for any number of reasons. We can only guarantee your package until it is dropped off and scanned by the Shipping Carrier; after that, any issues regarding delays, lost, misplaced, or stolen packages MUST be taken up with the Shipping Carrier by you. We do not issue refunds or replace products unless they arrive damaged.

Orders in the United States are shipped either USPS/UPS/Fedex within 2-3 business days of when the order was placed (Does not include bulk, gifts, or orders placed during the Holidays). Currently, Mediterranean Basil Salt is shipping to all 50 states including Puerto Rico and US Territories. The 48 states are all shipped USPS/UPS Ground. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will have a longer time in transit. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Overnight and two-day shipping is not currently available. Mediterranean Basil Salt charges a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping and handling.

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping within the United States only; does not include International Shipping. To qualify, total shopping cart MUST BE ABOVE eligible amount AFTER coupons, discounts, taxes, and promotions. Any single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses and Free Shipping will ONLY be honored for one address per order!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to such varying rates we do not offer International shipping on our website. For international orders, please contact buysalt@outlook.com with your address and what you would like to order so we can get a quote for the most up-to-date shipping rates. While there are rarely issues, we cannot guarantee delivery to International addresses once it leaves the United States. Any claims of missing packages or damaged goods will have to be resolved via the destination country postal service and we, Mediterranean Basil Salt, are not responsible for missing or damaged items, fees, duties, or taxes imposed by Customs Enforcement. We do not offer Free or Discounted shipping on any orders going outside of the US. All rates we charge for International Shipping will vary depending on size, locations, weight, etc. 

Return Policy

Any concerns about products should be written immediately to buysalt@outlook.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for exchange, refund or credit, the defective product must be received within 14 days of the original purchase and must be in its original packaging. Mediterranean Basil Salt may require the item to be returned to receive a refund, replacement or credit. You may request a refund, credit or replacement, under the following conditions:
 

• The item being returned must be in its original packaging, if any.

• The item must be received by Mediterranean Basil Salt within 14 days of original purchase with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice#).

 

Mediterranean Basil Salt does not cover the cost of your shipping to Mediterranean Basil Salt. If a defective product is involved, the shipping of a replacement product from Mediterranean Basil Salt is covered by Mediterranean Basil Salt. 

International Orders may NOT be returned or refunded.

Mediterranean Basil Salt reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Mediterranean Basil Salt and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Mediterranean Basil Salt shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mediterranean Basil Salt with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Mediterranean Basil Salt with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Mediterranean Basil Salt. Mediterranean Basil Salt uses the US Postal Service and UPS for all deliveries and their record of successful deliveries is exceptional. However, on occasion, things do go wrong; items are misdelivered, lost, delayed, or arrive damaged. It is important that while all items shipped are insured, once they leave our facility, Mediterranean Basil Salt is no longer responsible for the delivery. If a package arrives damaged, please keep the delivery container, all packaging, and the product. Be sure to take several photos and email promptly to buysalt@outlook.com.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Without this assistance and information in a timely manner (within 5 days of shipment), Mediterranean Basil Salt cannot make a claim on your behalf. Mediterranean Basil Salt emails tracking numbers to its online customers on all orders. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email buysalt@outlook.com. If a shipment does not arrive on the schedule noted in the tracking information, please call your local Post Office with the tracking information and inquire why it was not delivered as indicated. Often these are misdelivered, or the box is sitting at the Post Office for some reason. You will have far more success with your local post office than emailing Mediterranean Basil Salt. If you have no success with the Post office on the recovery of a lost order, please email buysalt@outlook.com, and we will attempt to resolve the problem.
